	Self Defense Programs Include:   Our self defense programs will include some or all of the following (depending on the program selected.) Practical personal protection techniques. These programs will focus on developing skills that are both practical and relatively easy to implement.  Of course, nothing can replace consistent practice Use of shields for punching and kicking drills. We will bring training shields that will help you to develop more effective striking techniques. Hands on practice. Working with partners and instructors, participants will experience common "hands on" defensive scenarios. Finding self defense "tools" in your environment. If you find yourself in an unpleasant situation and need to protect yourself (or others), what types of things might be around you that may help? Being prepared. Practical advice for advance preparation. And more...

	Self Defense Program Options:   We can offer many different personal protection programs.  Below are a few of the possibilities.  Contact us if you have any questions, or would be interested in one of our programs (even if they are not listed here). Adult Self Defense:  programs designed for adult learners. One Hour Seminars:  great for "getting your feet wet".  Schedule one of these and see if there is an interest in a longer program. Multi-Session Seminars:  for more in depth training.  These can be scheduled for various durations. Women's Self-Defense Seminars:  personal protection designed specifically for women. Child Safety and Security Seminars:  programs designed to assist children with an awareness of their environment and basic self defense techniques that little ones can do.
